Withdrawal and Returns

Sales have not started yet; the Key will be available from 19 November 2026. This page describes the right of withdrawal for orders from then on.
Before the first sale: the online withdrawal function is tested with a test order, and the withdrawal information is added to the checkout. No order is accepted before that.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and later buy a FocusLatch Key online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For one item, the period starts when you or a third party you nominated, other than the carrier, receives it. For one order delivered in separate parts, the legally relevant final delivery date applies.
How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement before the period ends: online with Withdraw from contract here, by email to [email protected] or by post to the address below. The model form below is optional. We confirm an online withdrawal by email at once, with your details and the date and time it arrived.
Refunds and return shipping
If you withdraw, all payments received for that contract, including the least expensive standard delivery offered, are refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice. Extra delivery cost from a more expensive delivery choice is not refunded. The same payment method is used unless expressly agreed otherwise and no refund fee is charged.
Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. FocusLatch may withhold the refund until the goods arrive or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first.
Handling and condition
You are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. Opening packaging or activating a standard Key does not by itself automatically remove the statutory withdrawal right. Any legally applicable exception must be identified expressly before purchase; this page claims none.
Warranty is separate
Withdrawal is separate from statutory legal-guarantee and conformity rights. A faulty or non-conforming product may have remedies even after the withdrawal period. Contact support and describe the issue without sending secrets or raw invitation links.
