If you are a consumer and buy FocusLatch online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the withdrawal period starts on the day when you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement by email to [email protected] before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
If you withdraw, payments received for the order will be refunded, including the standard delivery cost where required by law. Extra delivery costs caused by choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery option are not refunded.
Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless FocusLatch agrees otherwise. A refund may be withheld until the goods are received back or until you provide proof that you have sent them back.
